If shared classes aren’t quite satisfying your need for progression, we have a range of experienced coaches that can help you achieve your objectives through 1-on-1 tuition. Take a look at our Coaches to see their specialisms and to book a private session with them.
Our Cardio Area includes; Treadmills, Rowing Machines, Ski ergs, Airbikes and Rowers. Everything you need for a proper Cardio workout!
